Construction is underway on Riverview Landing, a long-awaited mixed-use development planned along the Chattahoochee River. The development was recently featured in the Marietta Daily Journal and the Cobb County Courier.
From the Journal, “Prestwick Companies, which is building apartments for Riverview Landing’s first phase of development, broke ground in January on a 310-unit complex called The Eddy at Riverview Landing.
The apartments are set to be completed by next spring and will feature one, two and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 632 square feet to more than 1,435. Price points will start at $1,150 a month.”
