Max Kovtoun

Design – Construction Manager

Max Kovtoun is a Design-Construction Manager with Prestwick Development Company. He is responsible for managing the design process and providing guidance to the project teams during the design phase of the project. By working closely with the construction team, he is also responsible for making sure that the project stays in budget and meets all of the appropriate deadlines. During the construction phase of the project, Max acts as an owner representative during the site meetings and manages the administrative work on the development side.

After graduating from Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Architecture, Max had a chance to work for a variety of local architecture firms. His prior experience includes working on single-family residences, retail, multi-family apartments, and hospitality projects.

Prior to joining Prestwick Companies, Max worked for Brock Hudgins Architects where he honed his design and technical skills working on several market-rate apartment buildings in the Atlanta area. His previous experience gives him a distinctive ability to bring the best out of each project.

Max has called Atlanta home for over a decade, where he lives with his wife and 3 children.
