Thomas Dannemann

Design – Construction Manage

Thomas serves as a Design – Construction Manager for Prestwick Development Company. His responsibilities include due diligence, entitlements, design development, and development coordination on both market rate and affordable multifamily projects.

Prior to joining Prestwick, Thomas spent seven years with Kimley-Horn, an engineering consulting firm in Atlanta, Georgia. During his time with Kimley-Horn, Thomas provided a variety of development services on residential, hospitality, specialty-retail, and institutional projects in metro Atlanta and across the Southeast.

Thomas is active in Brookhaven Presbyterian Church and enjoys fly fishing, particularly in the greater Yellowstone region of the northern Rocky Mountains. He graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in civil engineering and holds engineering licenses in Georgia and South Carolina.
