Project Accountant
Alfreda Nixon joined the Prestwick team in 2015 and has more than 15 years of experience providing specialized, construction related accounting. Her expertise involves monitoring project expenditures for multiple projects, including job costing, monthly progress billing, budget forecasting, and profitability reporting. As Project Accountant, Alfreda is responsible for processing, reviewing, and funding the construction draws for all projects in development. To manage draw requests and requirements, she acts as liaison with Construction, Project Mangers, Banking affiliates, and Equity investors. She is also responsible for maintaining development general ledgers, financial statements, all equity installments, and assisting with cost certification, ten percent test, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
